Tidak hanya anak-anak, orangtua pun sama tergiurnya. &lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Cokelat umumnya diberikan sebagai hadiah atau bingkisan, dengan bentuk, corak, dan rasa yang menarik. Masalah merk yang digunakan, dapat menyesuaikan selera atau kebiasaan. “Karakter cokelat itu unik, dan setiap pabrik sudah menyertakan bagaimana cara mengolahnya. Hal ini perlu dipahami untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal,” ujarnya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="NL" style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Tips kedua adalah dengan senantiasa menjaga kebersihan media pencetakan, agar tampilan cokelat tetap baik. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="SV" style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Peralatan mencetak harus bersih dan kering, jauh dari air atau minyak. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar para mahasiswa lulusan Tristar Culinary Institute selain terampil juga mempunyai pengetahuan lebih dalam bidang kuliner. Tentu hal ini akan menjadi suatu nilai plus bagi mahasiswa Tristar Culinary Institute.Salah satu perkuliahan teori yang perlu untuk diikuti para mahasiswa adalah mata kuliah Cost Control atau Pengendalian Harga. Perkuliahan Cost Control yang dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa (07/09) kali ini diberikan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana menghitung dan mengendalikan segala biaya untuk sebuah produk makanan agar diketahui dan untuk mendapat value.Dengan tujuan tersebut, tentu perkuliahan ini sangat penting diikuti oleh para mahasiswa. Selain itu pengetahuan seputar pengendalian harga akan sangat bermanfaat bagi para mahasiswa saat mereka nantinya mempunyai usaha sendiri. Karena setiap usaha tentu tak bisa lepas dengan pengendalian harga. Materi perkuliahan cost control ini membahas seputar pengendalian harga apapun yang disebabkan oleh apapun. Perbedaan mencolok ada pada bumbu yang digunakan. Menurut Chef Yanuar Kadaryanto, selaku pengajar di kelas kuliner kali ini, American Food lebih anti terhadap penggunaan bumbu-bumbu rempah, yang seringkali jadi ciri khas masakan &lt;country-region w:st="on"&gt;&lt;place w:st="on"&gt;Indonesia&lt;/place&gt;&lt;/country-region&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;“Bahkan kalau boleh saya bilang, American Food cenderung hambar. Selain itu agar nantinya bisa meningkatkan rasa tanggung  jawab yang beragam seperti menciptakan atau memodifikasi sebuah konsep untuk  restoran, menyusun menu, meng-organize staff serta membuat rencana pasar.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Adapun  mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan kali ini berjumlah 20 orang. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ES" style="font-size: 14pt; mso-ansi-language: ES;"&gt;Perkuliahan Bar and  Beverage yang akan diberikan selama beberapa hari ini dimulai pada hari Selasa  (07/09) pukul 09.00 WIB. Tak hanya praktik saja, mahasiswa terlebih dahulu  diberikan teori seputar Introduction to the Bar and Beverage Operation dan The  Quality of Bartender sebelum praktik dimulai. Para mahasiswa dengan antusias  mengikuti perkuliahan yang diadakan di sebuah ruangan kelas di lantai 3 gedung  Tristar Culinary Institute. Dalam pemberian teori ini, para mahasiswa diajarkan  tentang sejarah bar, definisi bar, kualiatas seorang bartender dan lain  sebagainya. Mahasiswa yang  berjumlah 20 orang dari 2 jurusan ini kemudian dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok yang  masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari mahasiswa jurusan culinary dan pastry. Hal  ini dimaksudkan agar para mahasiswa kedua jurusan saling mengenal satu dengan  yang lainnya. Tak lama berselang, para mahasiswa mulai praktik membuat aneka  minuman dengan menggunakan ukuran yang tepat. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar nantinya  produk minuman yang dihasilkan mempunyai standart recipes. Sehingga siapapun  yang membuat hasilnya akan sama standarnya. Setelah minuman selesai dibuat, masing-masing kelompok segera menuangkannya ke  dalam gelas saji dan menghias dengan beberapa garnish simple. Dan hasilnya,  minuman tampak cantik dan segar untuk dinikmati.
